01/05/2017 2:09:31 PM MST - The InsideSales.com Technology team will be performing a telephony infrastructure upgrade on Friday, Jan. 6, 2017. The time frame on this upgrade will start at 9pm MST and finish at 11:59pm MST. This upgrade will focus on our telephony routing infrastructure. During this upgrade there will be three periods of downtime lastly anywhere from a few seconds to 5 minutes. The downtime will consist of the inability to make and/or receive phone calls through the dialer. Data access will not be interrupted. As always we will do our best to minimize that downtime. The time frame for this maintenance will begin at 10pm MST and finish around 2am MST the following day. This maintenance will focus on the database layer of our Vision product. During this maintenance end users will see a delay in email delivery. Also at 10:15pm MST we will restart our Vision related hardware and for the next 10 minutes emails will not be able to be tracked in Vision. As always we will do our best to minimize that downtime.
