Following on the publication of influential reports in 2013 and 2014 examining communications channel preferences of business professionals in and outside the office, InsideSales.com went back into the field to see how attitudes have changed over the intervening three years. In particular, we sought to understand how the emerging Millennial generation and the ubiquity of mobile communications are combining to affect the way business is conducted.
