He is co-author of the groundbreaking Lead Response Management industry study, done in conjunction with James Oldroyd, PhD. (visiting Research Fellow at M.I.T.).

Prior to joining InsideSales.com, Ken was one of the original founders of UCN, now inContact (NASDAQ:SAAS), where he held a number of positions including Chief Operating Officer. Prior to inContact, he built and directed the inside sales division at FranklinCovey (NYSE:FC), a leading provider of time and life management training systems. Ken is a weekly contributor on Forbes.com and an active thought leader in the inside sales industry. His blog is the top ranked blog in the world on the topic of inside sales.

Chris Harrington

Chris has more than 25 years sales experience, building his early career at DIRECTV and Computer Associates. Chris was later recruited to Omniture where he served as president of worldwide sales and client services. In that position, he had full responsibility for all customer-facing and revenue-generating activities throughout the company. Following Omniture’s 2009 acquisition by Adobe, Chris led all enterprise sales for the Americas. Most recently, Harrington served as President of the $2 billion business intelligence leader, Domo. Chris serves as a member of the board of directors for Spredfast.

Howard Baik

Chief Legal Officer

Howard Baik brings more than 16 years’ worth of experience advising and supporting high-growth, public and privately held companies and boards of directors on a wide range of legal, operational, and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining InsideSales.com, Howard led the legal team at Instructure, helping to guide that company through significant growth and a successful IPO on the NYSE. He served as legal counsel for Avocent and Emerson Electric though the LANDesk software division and as a corporate securities attorney with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where he advised companies on securities law, corporate governance and IPOs. Howard earned his undergraduate and law degrees from BYU and his MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.

Dave Boyce

Dave Boyce runs corporate strategy, corporate development, and all customer experience operations for InsideSales.com.  Prior to InsideSales, Dave helped build and sell four companies, two as an operating executive and two as a board member. After ProfitLogic sold to Oracle, Dave spent five years running product for Oracle’s $350 million Retail global business unit. In addition to his work at InsideSales.com, Dave serves on the board of Forrester Research (FORR).   Dave is a popular adjunct professor of sales and marketing in BYU’s Marriott School MBA program, and he holds an MBA from Harvard Business School as well as a bachelor of arts with honors in German literature and philosophy from BYU.

Ryan Allphin is a technology leader with 25 years of network and security product experience. He has built and led high performance product growth teams of talented engineers. Previous to InsideSales.com, Allphin served as CTO at Cradlepoint, where he helped transform its technology into a SaaS company, accelerating growth to over 30 percent and driving revenue in excess of $100 million. Allphin also spent 13 years at McAfee, where he was the senior vice president and general manager of the Security Management Business unit. While at McAfee, Allphin created and ran several segments, including the company’s flagship endpoint management platform (#1 position in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant), growing it to over $800 million and supporting over 60 million endpoints.

As a high tech industry senior executive, Suaad has played leadership roles at high growth software and cloud technology companies driving value creation of over $15B.

Most recently, Suaad was the EVP, Products & Markets @ SolarWinds (NYSE: SWI) and prior to that role, served as the first Chief Marketing Officer of Rackspace (NYSE: RAX). Suaad also serves as a venture advisor for Menlo Ventures working with Gild, Takipi and Unravel Data and Platform9. In addition, Suaad is the Chairman of ReachForce.

Suaad earned his Master of Science in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Science in electrical and computer engineering at the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Martin Moran brings more than 25 years of experience in managing and growing business operations across a variety of industries in Europe and globally, with a proven track record for building high-performance sales organizations. At InsideSales.com, Martin is responsible for leading the company’s regional growth in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). He will play a key role in helping to accelerate sales for Europe’s leading companies, just as he has made a significant impact in the region with his previous work. Martin joined InsideSales.com from Lumesse Limited, where he served as general manager and senior vice president for EMEA. Prior to Lumesse, Martin was responsible for sales and geo leadership roles at ServiceSource International and at Salesforce. As the first employee in Salesforce’s EMEA organization, he helped grow the company’s EMEA business to $300 million in annual revenue. Martin has also driven revenue growth for well-known technology companies like Oracle and Skype. He holds an accountancy degree from Brunel University in London.

Prior to InsideSales, Joe spent almost 13 years at Salesforce.com growing the company’s strategic accounts with enterprises like Honeywell, American Express, ADP, Deutsche Bank and Bank of America. As the Area Vice President of Strategic Accounts Joe’s strategic leadership led to SFDC’s unprecedented growth in Financial Services, Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences and Consumer Packaged Goods organizations. Joe is a graduate of Wilkes University with a BS in Business Administration.

Lindsey is a proven, world-class executive with a track record of excellence. During her time with Veritas, which was acquired by Symantec in 2005, EMEA revenues skyrocketed from $20 million to more than $2 billion. She serves on the board of directors for SalesHood and Bluewolf.

Dafina is a Partner at U.S. Venture Partners. Prior to becoming a venture investor, Dafina held roles in development and product management at Microsoft. She worked on MSN Live ID and MS Office, and co-authored several key patents. Dafina has served as a Director at MATRIXX Software Inc. and Risk I/O, and was a board observer at Aria Systems, PGP, Imperva, RedSeal, and Cloudflare. She holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Computer Science, with special focus on cryptography, efficient algorithms and database systems from Harvard University.

Josh serves on the boards of Demand Media, a NYSE-traded company; Rakuten, a publicly traded, five billion dollar revenue e-commerce company in Japan; InsideSales.com; and Save The Children, the leading independent organization creating lasting change in the lives of children in need.

Mark Gorenberg is a managing director of Zetta Venture Partners, a venture firm founded in 2013 to focus on early stage investments in analytics. Over the last 25 years, Mark has served as the first venture capital investor and a board member for numerous successful analytics start-ups, including Domo, InsideSales, Omniture (IPO and acquired by Adobe), AdForce (IPO and acquired by CMGI), NetDynamics (acquired by Sun Microsystems), Scopus Technologies (IPO and acquired by Siebel) and Crowdfactory (acquired by Marketo). In 2011, President Barack Obama appointed Mark to the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology, a 21-person advisory group of the nations leading scientists and engineers. Mark is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Corporation. In 2012, Mark became a Director of the National Venture Capital Association.

He has served on he Boards of Polaris portfolio companies which have included Centra Software (IPO), LogMeIn (IPO), Imprivata (IPO), MarkMonitor (Thomson Reuters), Phytel (IBM), Archivas (Hitachi Data Systems), Automattic/Wordpress, Egnyte and Recurly. Ed Gillis is currently a member of the board of directors of LogMeIn (NASDAQ), Teradyne Corporation (NYSE) and three venture backed companies, AppNexus, InsideSales.com and Sprinklr. Ed has an impressive background in executive management and financial roles at companies like Skype or Avaya (after being acquired by Silver Lake Partners), as well as Veritas Software (before and after its merger with Symantec Corporation). His leadership roles are preceded by 15 years experience as a certified public accountant. Gillis earned a bachelor’s degree in government from Clark University. In addition, he holds a master’s degree in international relations from the University of Southern California, and a master’s in business administration from Harvard Business School.
